In order to accommodate all your service choices, we suggest making your reservations as far in advance as possible. We will certainly do our best to accommodate you at any time. At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% on a credit card or gift card is required for booking 2 or more services.
Group bookings and Spa Packages also require a deposit of 50% and may require at least 2-4 weeks advance notice in order to accommodate all services selected.
Arriving at the Spa
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your services will need to be completed within the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next client. Full charges will apply for any late arrivals or missed appointments.
Please check in at the reception desk upon arrival and present any gift certificates/gift cards before your treatment begins. All clients must complete a health history form prior to your first massage therapy treatment at our office.
While we understand that plans can change, we have reserved this time for you. Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of a single appointment in which case no charge will be made.
For Multiple Services, Spa Packages or Group Bookings, please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or rebooking in which case no charge will be made.
Preparing for your Appointment
Robes, towels, and slippers are available for your use with Spa Packages only. Towels, robes, slippers, etc. are the property of Radiance and must remain at the Spa.
All jewellery should be removed prior to your spa treatment. Lockers are provided for all of your personal belongings. However, we recommend that you leave your valuables and jewellery at home. Radiance Massage Therapy and Spa does not assume any liability for lost or damaged articles.
For body wrap treatments and body polishes, we recommend that you not shave or wax on the day of your treatment to avoid any discomfort. For any pedicure services, please bring with you a pair of thong style sandals, otherwise disposable slippers are available for purchase for a nominal fee.
All services listed in the Spa Menu exclude HST. HST will apply to all massage therapy treatments and spa services. HST will also be applied on any products purchased.
In appreciation to the staff for an outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Radiance Spa gift cards are an ideal gift for anyone, any occasion. Gift cards can be purchased for spa packages, individual services, or a dollar amount in any denomination. You can order gift cards for direct mailing to your home, office or directly to the recipient.
Gift certificates & gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of redemption. Radiance Massage Therapy & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or certificates. Gift cards purchased for a dollar value do not expire. Gift cards and certificates purchased for a specific service(s) or package expire one year from date of issue as per government legislation.
Privacy During your Treatment
The degree to which you disrobe depends on the treatment and your comfort level. Your RMT or Esthetician will discuss this prior to leaving the room for you to get changed and under the linens. Please express the level of privacy that you are comfortable with to your therapist. Your privacy will be protected at all times as our therapists are trained to drape linens discreetly over areas of the body not involved in the treatment.
We would like every guest who visits Radiance Massage Therapy & Spa to have an enjoyable, relaxing experience. To offer that, we ask that while in our facility, all cell phones and pagers be turned off.
A gentle reminder that Radiance Massage Therapy & Spa does not provide childcare. Those guests with young children are asked to find appropriate care for loved ones during their appointment times. Only those guests receiving spa services and treatments will be permitted in the spa areas. The staff and other guests appreciate your consideration.
